Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has flown out of the oil shed.  We have no more to sell this year.

We’re very excited – we finished harvesting our olives at the weekend. The weather was fine, the olives fell into the bins in their colourful glory.

This year we entered the Australian International Olive Oil Awards again, after a few years break. We knew this season’s oil was very good, and it is so encouraging to have that verified by judges across many countries.

We are all hoping that this will be known as THE summer of fire, not the first in an era of really bad summer fires.

After a few anxious weeks, the olive flowers are out! It’s such a brief blossoming, and so crucial, that celebrations are called for.
